When per-capability is on, each axis with sub-capabilities (RX, TX, AM/SSB…) exposes its own weight, and Overall is computed from the capability marks (yes = 1.0, limited = 0.5, no = 0) rather than the hand-set axis score.

Weights are 0–5 multipliers, default 1.0. Set one to 0 to ignore that axis or capability entirely. In per-capability mode the axis weight scales the whole axis after its capabilities are aggregated.

Scores are subjective and relative to this lineup, not absolute. A 5 on Sub-GHz means “best of the tools on this bench”, not “best in the world”. If you weight the axes differently for your own buying decision, retune them above and the Overall column recomputes.
